Matt is well credentialed, having successfully run an award winning building company for 9 years he shifted his focus to solely delivering his own projects including land subdivisions, medium density residential developments.

Subdivided and retaining 2 of the existing units, a new rear lot was created to became host of a new multi million dollar home. The name was inspired by the feeling of privacy & a sense of retreat, a feeling not commonly achieved in medium to high density projects.
